Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Presentation Event

The Three Minute Thesis (3MT) is a scientific competition where graduate students or final-year undergraduate students present their research within 3 minutes using simple and clear language. The main goal of this competition is to enhance students’ communication skills and empower them to convey complex scientific concepts in an accessible and understandable way for the general public.

The second edition of this competition was held in collaboration with the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Tehran. Similar to last year, this year’s contest included a virtual preliminary round. The winners of the first stage advanced to the second round, which was held in person today, May 20th (31 Ordibehesht), at the University of Tehran.
